Deep solid red color used by Honda as factory color for CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP and CRF1100L AFRICA TWIN. The factory color is a tricoat paint that contains a solid white undercoat, a solid red basecoat with low opacity, and a tinted clear coat. For avoiding the use of tinted clear coat, that could change the color of the decals, we have replaced the tinted clear coat for a tinted binder, so that we get the exact color before clear coating.
Light Surface Primer is the optimal for this color.

Description
GC-1277. Honda Grand Prix Red Gravity Colors Paint.
DIRECTIONS:
- Shake bottles until paint is thoroughly mixed!
- Use only with airbrush!
- First apply GC-1277a Honda Grand Prix Red Undercoat over Light Surface Primer even if Dark Surface Primer is the optimal for another color used to paint the same part.
- Then apply GC-1277b Honda Grand Prix Red Midcoat over the GC-1277a Honda Grand Prix Red Undercoat once it is dry.
- Finally apply GC-1277c Honda Grand Prix Red Basecoat over the GC-1277b Honda Grand Prix Red Midcoat once it is dry.
- Paint with each paint in thin layers until color density achieved. Paint is not supposed to fix or remove imperfections on your scale model plastic surface. In other words, never spray wet coats.
- We recommend using low air pressure, between 15 to 20 PSI (1,0 to 1,4 BAR) when spraying Gravity Colors paints. This is just a recommendation. Optimal pressure is unique for each user, and depends on nozzle diameter, spraying distance or velocity, among other factors.
- Clear coating required.
- Do not use near heat, sparks or open flame!
- Use in well ventilated area.
- Tighten cap securely after each use.
